I came across this Peak 8 exercise about a year and a half ago from Dr. Mercola's newsletter. I have been doing it three times a week for over a year. It is an awesome exercise! Twenty minutes and you are done. Please watch this videos in the order that they are listed. The first first clips give you the theory behind it and then the next few actually show the workout.
